Job summary

YOBO International Food Corp is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to oversee performance across multiple outlets, ensuring targets are met, operations run smoothly, and customer service remains exceptional.

You will lead store teams, coordinate with Supply Chain, and enforce food safety and company standards across locations. Strong leadership and multi-site experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Experience managing multiple stores, branches, kiosks, or quick-service operations.
• Experience in franchise-style food concepts, kiosk operations, or high-volume retail food brands.
• Strong background in sales performance management, store operations, and cost control.
• Working knowledge of store-level inventory controls, including receiving, storage, FIFO, wastage monitoring, stock reporting, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores to ensure smooth, efficient performance and consistent standards.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on replenishment, stock availability, and reporting; monitor variances and wastage.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate store supervisors and frontline staff; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Monitor costs (supplies, utilities, wastage) and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and mall/landlord rules.
• Assist in evaluating new store locations and expansion opportunities and support openings.
