You will read technical drawings, interact with external vendors, monitor building management systems, and maintain logs while supporting office fit-outs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services.
• With TESDA NC II Certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure and address issues.
• Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations.
• Monitor building management systems (BMS) and energy tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
• Assist in emergency response and business continuity procedures.
