Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Pasay City is looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.

You will support installation and modification, review work orders, and assist energy management to ensure reliable operations. The role requires 3+ years in facilities management and an NCII certificate; shift work is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree/NVQ related to facilities management or engineering.
• NCII certificate is required.
• At least 3 years of facilities management/engineering maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials to complete repairs.
• Support energy management and ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety.
• Report violations to management.

About The Role

As a CBREMulti-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance andrepairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.

This jobis part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They areresponsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs onequipment and systems.

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
• NCII Certificate required
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
• Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC)
• Leadership and management experience
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
