• Trade qualification or certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or building maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on building maintenance or facilities management.
• Competency across multiple trades including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in maintenance environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance specifications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and working in confined spaces.

We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, providing the training and support you need to expand your technical capabilities and grow within our organization.## **What your day-to-day will look like:*** Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing issues and implementing effective repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general building fabric* Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds, identifying potential hazards, maintenance needs, and opportunities for operational improvements* Support project work including minor refurbishments, tenant fit-outs, and building improvement initiatives under the guidance of project managers* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, materials used, and work completed using computerized maintenance management systems* Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed to required standards and within agreed timelines* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, building codes, and JLL quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment* Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, responding professionally to queries and keeping stakeholders informed of maintenance activities## **Required qualifications:*** Trade qualification or certification in a relevant discipline (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or building maintenance)* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar multi-skilled technical role* Demonstrated competency across multiple trades including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in building maintenance environments* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance specifications* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between multiple sites as required* Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively## **Preferred qualifications:*** Additional trade certifications or licenses in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or specialist building systems* Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and digital work order platforms* Background working in commercial office environments, retail facilities, or mixed-use properties* Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management practices* Certification in working at heights, confined space entry, or other specialized safety training* Experience supporting capital projects, renovations, or tenant improvement works* Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation and professional demeanor**Location:**On-site –Cebu, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
