Job summary

APW Tech is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to manage and optimize multi-cloud environments from its Mandaluyong/Cebu sites. You will ensure high availability and security while collaborating with SRE partners and cross-functional teams to resolve complex incidents.

The role requires 3+ years in AWS and hands-on experience with other public clouds, plus expertise in DevOps tooling and Kubernetes. Onsite work setup and customer-facing responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS, plus hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud platform.
Proven experience integrating DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures.
Experience with DevOps tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker) and deploying with Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience in technical customer success and support for systems platforms, infrastructure, and services.
AWS or other cloud certifications are preferred.
Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong or Cebu.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments for high availability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
Act as escalation point for user support, leading investigations and troubleshooting.
Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives.
Provide solution recommendations to improve systems and operations.
