Responsibilities

• designing projects

• ensuring the security of operating environments
• serving as the point of contact for the escalation of issues
• executing project implementation plans

• receiving feedback on technical designs
• conducting quality assurance processes to ensure the use of best practices and help implement standardization
• creating and testing recovery strategies
• advising on how to deal with service-related issues
• documenting issues and the actions necessary to resolve them
• conducting a root cause analysis of any network issues
• assessing software and hardware for update requirements and implementing them when necessary
