Job summary

Staff4Me is seeking an MSP Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical, operational, and security training within a 24/7 MSP environment. You will onboard technicians and client-facing teams, ensure standardized processes, and keep content aligned with tools and account needs.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on MSP experience with instructional design, facilitation skills, and the ability to engage with live support environments when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment.
• Proven experience delivering training using adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with PSA and RMM platforms.
• Foundational Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience supporting or delivering cybersecurity awareness training.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain role-based training programs for Service Desk, NOC, Projects, and Client Success teams.
• Develop onboarding curricula covering technical foundations, MSP tools, and security practices.
• Facilitate live, virtual, and in-person training sessions and labs.
• Own the MSP knowledge base and update SOPs and runbooks regularly.
• Administer the Learning Management System and track training KPIs.
