OSA Outsourcing Advantage seeks an experienced L2/L3 Systems Engineer to support multiple MSP client environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and manage Microsoft-based ecosystems. The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Windows Server, AD, and security tooling, plus strong communication and documentation skills.
