Job summary

Thakral One is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Consultant / MRP Domain BA to lead the business and operating model side of an SAP S/4HANA MRP implementation. You will align people, process, and tools across demand, inventory, procurement, and supply chain planning.

You will diagnose current policies, identify gaps, and design the future-state operating model. The role includes optimization, enablement, pilot validation, and defining KPI reports for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting background in supply chain planning or MRP.
• Experience across materials planning, demand planning, procurement, inventory policy.
• Experience facilitating leadership workshops with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and align people and processes for SAP S/4HANA MRP implementation.
• Analyze inventory, replenishment, and material consumption and governance.
• Design future-state operating model for materials planning and procurement.
• Support optimization and enablement, including data modelling and KPI reports.
• Pilot validation and preparation for full rollout.
