Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking a reliable courier in Cebu City area to manage motorcycle deliveries and pickups. You will navigate routes, ensure safe handling, and maintain delivery records while providing excellent customer service to clients.

Must have a motorcycle and valid license with a clean driving record. Workdays are Monday to Friday with potential light office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a motorized vehicle (motorcycle) to deliver and pick up items as scheduled.
• Ensure that all items are securely transported and delivered in good condition.
• Navigate efficiently through various routes, adjusting for traffic conditions and road closures.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including delivery receipts and logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, providing updates on delivery status.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle operation and safety.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues or required repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as sorting mail or managing delivery schedules.

Job Qualifications
