JobSummary:

• This role involves transporting documents, packages, and other items using a motorized vehicle. The ideal candidate will have excellent navigational skills, a strong understanding of local traffic regulations, and a commitment to timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a motorized vehicle (motorcycle) to deliver and pick up items as scheduled.
• Ensure that all items are securely transported and delivered in good condition.
• Navigate efficiently through various routes, adjusting for traffic conditions and road closures.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including delivery receipts and logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, providing updates on delivery status.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle operation and safety.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues or required repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as sorting mail or managing delivery schedules.

Job Qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or vocational certification.
• Valid driver's license (motorcycle license if applicable) and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a messenger, courier, or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying packages.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed primarily on the road, with occasional office or warehouse duties.
