The Housekeeping / Motorized Messenger provides essential support to operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment while also handling motorized messenger duties such as document delivery, item transport, and other logistical errands. This dual-role position requires reliability, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain operational flow.

Housekeeping Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office areas, warehouses, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are properly stocked and stored.
• Comply with company safety protocols and hygiene standards.

Motorized Messenger Duties

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and small packages to and from clients, suppliers, and company branches using a company motorcycle.
• Ensure timely, safe, and secure delivery of items following assigned routes or schedules.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams for daily tasks and route planning.
• Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition and report any issues immediately.
• Uphold company confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work may include exposure to operations.
• Requires physical activities such as walking, lifting, bending, and operating a motorcycle for extended periods.
