Responsibilities

Technical service: perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all motorcycle units.
Customer relations: advise customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
Service promotion: help implement marketing promos and activities for the service hub.
Tool & equipment management: ensure proper use, arrangement, and safekeeping of service tools.
Workplace maintenance: keep the service hub clean and dispose of waste properly.
Coordination: work with Branch Head on service marketing strategies.
