Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Mechanic to perform technical motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, and provide customer service at the service hub. The role also assists with service promos and coordination with branch management for marketing activities.

Required are a High School Diploma and a technical certification in Motorcycle Service or the ability to pass Motortrade's trade test.

Responsibilities

Technical Service: Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all motorcycle units.
Customer Relations: Advise customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
Service Promotion: Help implement marketing promos and activities for the service hub.
Tool & Equipment Management: Ensure proper use, arrangement, and safekeeping of service tools.
Workplace Maintenance: Keep the service hub clean and dispose of waste properly.
Coordination: Work with the Branch Head on service marketing strategies.
