Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is looking for a Branch Mechanic to handle technical motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, and customer service, and to assist with service promos. The role requires a High School Diploma and a technical certification, or ability to pass Motortrade's trade test.

You will work with the Branch Head to support service marketing activities, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure proper tool care and safety at the service hub in Roxas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Technical certification in Motorcycle Service or ability to pass the trade test.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for motorcycle units.
• Advise customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Help implement service promos and activities for the hub.
• Ensure proper use, arrangement, and safekeeping of service tools.
• Keep the service hub clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Coordinate with Branch Head on service marketing strategies.
