Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year related working experience.
• Knowledge in motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, processing of warranty claims and other service shop functions.
• Able to grasp business process immediately.
• Flexible, Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity.
• Preferably with NCII certification.

Aufgaben

• Conducts all types of minor and major motorcycle repairs.
• Observes proper implementation of company policies and procedures in the service shop.
• Performs maintenance and repair of employee’s service units.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and orderliness of machines and disposal of waste materials.
• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before release of motorcycle to customer.
• Provides quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
