Job summary

Harley-Davidson Philippines is seeking a Sales Consultant to welcome riders in the showroom, guide them from inquiry to delivery, and explain features, financing, warranty, and ownership benefits.

You'll build relationships, conduct product presentations, drive leads, and coordinate with Finance, Service, and Parts to ensure a seamless experience, while meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, automotive, motorcycle, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands; fresh grads with strong potential welcome.
• Passion for motorcycles and Harley-Davidson brand; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive selling of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, accessories, and riding gear.
• Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, events, roadshows, and community activities.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing riders, understanding their lifestyle and ownership goals.
• Conduct professional motorcycle presentations, showroom tours, test rides, and explain features, financing, and ownership benefits.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, and Parts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
