Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Motor Policy Administration Specialist to join our team at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. This onsite, day-shift role involves handling quotations, data extraction, and policy administration in collaboration with Account Managers and underwriters.

You will input data into quoting systems, update renewals, process premium funding rollovers, and draft professional communications while maintaining accurate records in the Document Management System.

Qualifications

• Strong English reading and written communication skills.
• Experience in Home and Landlords insurance processing preferred.
• Ability to draft professional business correspondence.
• Attention to detail and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure accurate insurance quotations from underwriters using online portals or forms.
• Extract essential client data from provided packages and input into quoting systems and forms.
• Update quotations, policy renewals, transfers, cancellations, and amendments in WinBEAT.
• Process Premium Funding Rollovers and bind policies accurately.
• Draft and send professional emails to Account Managers and underwriters.
• Archive all correspondence and documentation in the DMS.
• Track and manage account status updates on renewal spreadsheets.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and secure accurate insurance quotations from underwriters using online portals or manual email submission forms.
• Extract essential client data from provided packages and precisely input information into quoting systems and standardized forms.
• Execute account processing tasks upon Account Manager instruction, including:
  • Updating new quotations, policy renewals, transfer renewals, full/end-term cancellations, and policy amendments in WinBEAT.
  • Processing Premium Funding Rollovers and binding policies accurately.
  • Drafting and sending standardized, professional email communications to Account Managers and underwriters.
• Maintain accurate records by archiving all correspondence and documentation in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Track, update, and manage account status updates on the Account Manager’s renewal spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Essential Skills: Strong English reading and written communication skills, paired with solid numerical proficiency.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Home and Landlords insurance processing is highly preferred.
• Business Communication: Experience drafting clear, professional business correspondence to represent the company effectively to insurance providers.
• Adaptability: Familiarity with general insurance concepts is a plus, but fast learners with strong attention to detail are welcome to apply.
