Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Motion & Digital Content Designer to bring the brand to life through video, animation, and digital content. You will work with the Creative Design Manager and marketing to develop concepts and deliver high-quality visuals across platforms.

The role focuses on visual storytelling, maintaining brand identity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and promotions. WFH/Hybrid setup with a full-time contract through December 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in digital content creation or motion design.
• Strong concept development and ability to deliver briefs.
• Proven track record of producing video and digital content for multiple channels.
• Experience tailoring content for social media platforms and digital formats.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of motion design, animation, color grading, audio post-production, and image retouching.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging videos, animations, motion graphics, and storytelling assets for digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, infographics, articles, and digital assets aligning with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop concepts for integrated campaigns and PR initiatives.
• Adapt assets for websites, emails, and digital catalogs across channels.
• Create POS materials and in-store messaging to support promotions.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into creative solutions.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices to improve content quality.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines within budgets.
• Ensure outputs align with brand identity and compliance requirements.
