Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a creative Motion & Digital Content Designer in Metro Manila to bring our brand to life through video, animation, and compelling digital assets. You will work with the Creative Design Manager and marketing team to develop concepts and deliver high-quality content across platforms.

Your work will cover short-form videos, social posts, infographics, POS materials, and multi-channel campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in digital content creation or motion design.
• Proven ability to develop concepts and deliver marketing briefs.
• Experience producing video content for multiple channels.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of motion design, color grading, audio post-production, and image retouching.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong creativity, communication, organization, and time-management.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging videos, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Create social posts, infographics, articles aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate to develop concepts for integrated campaigns.
• Adapt assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and catalogs.
• Create POS materials and in-store messaging to support promos.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, planning, and retail ops.
• Stay updated on digital trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines within budgets.
• Ensure outputs align with brand identity and compliance.
