Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Multimedia Designer to craft visuals across digital and print assets, from brochures to social media. You will own end-to-end production, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years of design experience, strong video/editing skills, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Hybrid work setup with on-site shoots and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia/visual design or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of camera operations, lighting and audio equipment for on-site shoots.
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling design concepts, storyboards and finished assets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for collaboration and presentations.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and time/project management skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and file management habits.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual studies for graphics, video and animation across assets.
• Execute formatting, layout and design for digital and print collateral, maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage end-to-end production of digital and printed materials with vendors and printers.
• Serve as an internal creative consultant on design approach, storytelling and best practices.
• Upload and document drafts and final assets in internal repositories, adhering to brand standards.
• Support marketing and sales enablement through campaign assets and internal communications.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to elevate output and brand identity.
