Overseas is seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to create 2D motion graphics and translate them into short-form social videos for a boutique growth marketing agency serving AI and SaaS clients. You will design, animate, and deliver platform-ready assets across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.

The role emphasizes fast, clean work, ownership of motion design across multiple brands, and collaboration with agile teams to meet tight briefs and performance targets in a remote work

Competenze

• Proven 2D motion graphics experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple styles and formats.
• Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animation, and Premiere Pro or a comparable editing tool for video assembly.
• Ability to work within and across multiple brand systems simultaneously without losing visual consistency.
• Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and what makes motion content effective on social platforms.
• Fast and organized with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deliver on time across concurrent projects.
• Clear communicator who flags issues early and keeps project status current.

We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to create 2D motion graphic content and translate it into short-form social media videos for a boutique growth marketing agency serving ambitious AI and SaaS companies. You will design and animate motion graphics, build finished short-form video assets for paid social and organic channels, and deliver polished, platform-ready output that performs at the standard a performance marketing environment demands.

2D motion graphics is the core requirement. 3D motion graphics experience is a strong plus but not required. You need to be fast, technically clean, and comfortable producing content that is built to stop the scroll across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. If you have a strong 2D motion graphics portfolio, know how to translate animations into finished short-form video, and can work at agency pace across multiple accounts and formats, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

What You Bring
