Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking a Loan Support Officer to assist the Account Officer in managing and servicing client accounts. The role involves monitoring loan maturities, preparing availment sheets, and compiling data for credit proposals.

The ideal candidate holds a business-related bachelor's degree, is proficient in MS Office, and has 1–2 years in marketing assistance, preferably in mortgage or loan products. Knowledge of loan processing and documentation is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 1-2 years experience in marketing assistance, preferably mortgage or loan products.
• Familiar with email correspondence and basic report preparation.
• Basic understanding of loan processing, client handling and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Account Officer in managing and servicing accounts.
• Monitor clients maturing obligations and ensure prompt payment.
• Prepare Line Availment Sheets and route for approval and posting by Loan Operations.
• Gather reports and data for credit proposals (audited FS, CASA balances, etc.).
• Prepare loan documents (e.g., Letter Advice, Credit Agreement, Mortgages) for AO review.
• Maintain records on accounts handled and ensure proper evaluation by Credit and Legal Departments.
• Conform to bank policies and maintain orderly work area.
