Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking an Account Officer-Mortgage Finance Business to generate housing loan business and manage the mortgage loan process. The role involves interviewing clients, coordinating with Credit and Loan Operations, and ensuring SLAs are met to minimize past due loans.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree with at least two years in sales or mortgage lending, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years background in sales, mortgage finance, lending.
• Knowledgeable in mortgage products and regulations.

Mansioni

• Generate housing loan business through sales calls, referrals, and partnerships with developers and brokers.
• Interview clients and conduct initial evaluation of mortgage loan applications.
• Coordinate with Credit, CI/CA, CORC, and Loan Operations teams for loan approval and booking.
• Monitor application status, turnaround time, and compliance with SLAs.
• Facilitate loan documentation signing and timely compliance with deficiencies.
• Accredit new developers and coordinate onboarding requirements.
• Conduct loan product briefings and participate in project launches and open houses.
• Provide timely and effective responses to client, developer, and broker inquiries.
• Prepare monitoring and monthly accomplishment reports, including projected bookings.
