WebBeds in the Philippines seeks a Mor and Refunds Executive to manage MoR and credit card refunds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to controls. You will validate refund requests and process approved refunds while monitoring alert cases to minimize financial risk.

You will collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and partners to resolve exceptions and maintain audit-ready documentation, contributing to a smooth experience for customers and hotels.

Formación

• 1–2 years of refunds, cash application, AR, payment operations, or reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of credit card refunds, settlements, chargebacks, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Freshdesk/Zendesk/booking systems or payment portals is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with numerical accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Confidential handling of customer, payment and company data; flexible with shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Refund processing and validation for MoR and non-MoR customers, per approved procedures.
• Monitor alert cases (Ethoca, Verifi, etc.) and escalate as needed to prevent losses.
• Perform MoR cash application and clearing for settlements, invoices, receipts, and refunds.
• Investigate unmatched, incorrectly posted or uncleared transactions and reclassify as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready trackers and documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Support month-end reconciliation and cross-team collaboration to resolve issues.
