Job summary

WebBeds Services Inc. is seeking a MoR and Refunds Executive in Metro Manila to manage day-to-day processing of credit card refunds and MoR transactions. You will validate refunds, process approvals, monitor alerts, and support cash application and reconciliation in line with policies and SLAs.

You will collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing. The role requires 1–2 years in refunds or AR-related functions, a finance-related degree,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of refunds, cash application, accounts receivable, or reconciliation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of credit card refunds, settlements, chargebacks, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with customer service portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refund processing: process credit card refund requests for MoR and non-MoR customers.
• Refund validation: verify booking, payment, and refund details to prevent duplicate refunds.
• Payment provider refunds: complete approved refunds through payment providers and support alternative methods when needed.
• Chargeback prevention: monitor alert cases and act to prevent chargebacks within timelines.
• Cash application and clearing: handle settlements, invoices, receipts, refunds, and related entries.
• Exception resolution: investigate and correct unmatched or uncleared transactions.
• Documentation and audit readiness: maintain trackers and audit evidence.
• Reconciliation and escalation: support month-end activities and escalate complex cases.
• Stakeholder collaboration: respond to refund queries and coordinate with Finance and Treasury.
• Process improvement: identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
