Job summary

DONG WU PLASTIC INC. is seeking a design and tooling specialist to ensure that projects meet customer requirements and that all tooling conforms to approved designs for production readiness.

You will design molds, plug assists, and related jigs, and prepare tray layouts for new projects endorsed by Sales Representatives. The role requires careful handling and storage of tooling and a willingness to relocat e to EPZA Rosario, Cavite, to support on-time project delivery and seamless production

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure that all under design projects conform to customer requirements.
• Ensures that all under fabrication tooling conform to approved designs and meet on-time completion as per commitments.
• Ensures that all tooling (full mold) prior to endorsement conform to production requirements.
• Ensures that all tooling are properly handled and stored and can be easily identified at all times.
• Prepare tray layout for new project endorsed by Sales Representatives.
• Design tray, mold, knife/cutter, plug assist and jigs as per customer product requirements.
• Responsible for providing design of mold, plug assist and cutter.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
• Willing to be assigned or relocate at EPZA Rosario, Cavite
