Orro Home in Quezon City is seeking a Sales Admin (Mobile Phone) to support the sales and operations team with documentation, order processing, and inventory coordination. Experience in telco/mobile is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with strong Excel and inventory skills.

The role involves handling SKUs, coordinating with logistics, and preparing regular sales reports while ensuring data accuracy and excellent customer service. Monday to Saturday schedule applies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience as Sales Admin in telco/mobile industry preferred but fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with SKUs and inventory systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update sales records, price lists, and customer databases.
• Monitor inventory levels of accessories/mobile phones and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist sales representatives with documentation and client requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, availability, and pricing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Ensure accuracy of part numbers, descriptions, and specifications.
• Perform other sales and administrative tasks as assigned.
