Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer (Mobile & Release) to lead the engineering, automation, and operational management of our mobile delivery and release platforms across iOS and Android.

You will collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, product managers, QA, and external partners to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release orchestration, and deployment standards, ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience designing automated CI/CD pipelines for mobile platforms.
Knowledge of release governance and security requirements for mobile apps.
Familiarity with iOS/Android native, React Native, and Flutter build processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of mobile CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
Manage Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console configurations (certificates, provisioning, API keys).
Oversee automated submission and deployment processes using Fastlane and related tools.
Ensure release pipelines comply with security standards and policies.
Support and optimize pipelines for Native iOS/Android, React Native, and Flutter.
Coordinate version governance and compatibility with backend services.
Plan and implement mobile force update strategies and phased rollouts with engineering and product teams.
Design AWS deployment workflows using CodePipeline/CodeBuild and related services.
Integrate testing, validation, and monitoring into release pipelines.
Collaborate with architects and external partners to align with enterprise standards.
Address operational risks and release bottlenecks to improve platform reliability.
Maintain technical documentation for deployment standards and workflows.
Participate in governance, release planning, and strategic engineering initiatives.
