Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a Repair and Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to service restaurant facilities, kitchen equipment, and building systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime and support daily operations.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a technical-vocational background (Electromechanical/HVAC), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates (Dual Tech or equivalent) are welcome to apply.
• Graduate of Electromechanical, HVAC, or any Technical-Vocational course.
• Electrical NC II, RAC, or Welder NC II certification is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to store locations and work morning, night, or graveyard shifts.
• Physically fit and capable of field maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant facilities, kitchen equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and kitchen equipment issues.
• Conduct major and minor repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including bain marie, burners, ovens, steamers, and other equipment.
• Carry out plumbing works involving water supply and drainage systems.
• Perform basic welding and fabrication on carbon steel and stainless steel when necessary.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify maintenance needs and prevent breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with store operations to minimize disruptions during maintenance.
• Travel to different store locations to perform repair and maintenance work.
