Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative/spatial discipline.
• Formal training or practical background in construction design, structural drafting, or building systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or equivalent 2D/3D rendering software.
• Familiarity with modular cabinet sector materials and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset to manage multiple accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Sales Closing: Qualify prospective leads, conduct initial discovery meetings, present design pitches, and negotiate contracts tailored to client needs and budgets.
• Spatial & Concept Design: Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, elevations, and material boards using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or V-Ray.
• Modular Design & Costing: Develop customized interior layouts - with a focus on modular cabinetry systems and draft accurate project estimates and material specifications.
• Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections and measuring sessions as required by clients to verify dimensions and structural conditions prior to design finalization.
• Project & Construction Coordination: Work alongside site engineers and project managers to ensure design specs accurately translate into real-world construction limits.
