A leading manpower services provider is seeking skilled Mobile Crane Technicians for nationwide field work in the Philippines. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electromechanical systems and safety practices, with at least 3 years of experience in crane operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required with ability to operate a vehicle.
  • 3 years of experience as a tower/mobile crane technician is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing and repairs of cranes.
  • Conduct inspection and diagnosis for customers nationwide.
  • Prepare field service reports and recommend maintenance to customers.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift

Pay: ₱35,000 – ₱60,000 / month

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (PIPs), troubleshooting, and repair of cranes
  • Conduct inspection, diagnosis, and crane health checks for customers nationwide
  • Facilitate operator trainings and assist in the commissioning of new or used cranes
  • Prepare accurate field service reports and recommend parts and maintenance to customers
  • Complete all documentation including time sheets, productivity reports, and service reports
  • Attend required service training to enhance technical skills and capabilities
  • Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of company assets (mobile phone, laptop, tools, vehicle, etc.)
  • Strictly observe company and customer safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management or immediate supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or
  • Completion of a 2-year Technical Course specializing in Electromechanical Technology
Skills & Competencies:
  • Basic proficiency in oral and written English communication
  • Computer literate; able to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle
  • Willing to render overtime when needed
Work Conditions:
  • Willing to travel extensively for domestic service assignments
  • Open to provincial deployments and field‑intensive work environments
  • Must possess a valid passport for potential international training or assignments
