• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, supervisors, and project personnel during lifting activities.
• Monitor load weights, crane capacities, and operating conditions to prevent accidents.
• Identify and report equipment defects, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate equipment inspection and operation records.
• Ensure proper setup, stabilization, and safe operation of crane equipment.
