Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking a Cash Services Operations professional to assist the CSD Head in supervising cash movements and ensuring timely transfers to Metro Manila branches. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in banking operations, with willingness to perform fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acts as co-custodian to vault keys, ATM cards, and supervisor cards.
• Co-custodian of Abloy padlocks and master keys for deposits and branches.
• Maintains the summary of cash transfer requests and branch turnovers.
• Ensures proper dispatch of cash for delivery to branches.
• Supervises sorters in sorting bills and counting coins.
• Ensures BSP requirements and cut-off times are met.
• Ensures availability of cash denominations for ATM loading.
• Responsible for counter balancing of cash movement and vault balances.
• Maintains neat work area and equipment upkeep.
• Monitors PESO/FXCY CIV limits.
• Prepares and emails deposit/withdrawal summaries to BSP in ICMS/CSA portals.
• Sends BSP gate passes as required.
• Prepares Bank-wide Summary of Excess CIV for insurer.
• Approves overrides for validation of Deposit Pick Up.

Job description

• Assists the CSD Head in the overall supervision and control procedures and activities of the Cash Services Department.
• Primarily responsible for the timely and efficient transfer of cash to/from Branches under their respective clusters, monitors and forecast cash requirement of the Bank for Metro Manila branches/CHBs; and FXCY requirements of Branches/CHBs as part of their working funds

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Acts as co-custodian to the main vault combination, keys of ATM terminals and Offsite ATM Test Cards and supervisor cards.
• Acts as co-custodian of Abloy padlocks and master keys and duffle bags for deposit pick-up and branches services.
• Maintains the summary of requests of cash transfers and turnovers from branches/CHBs and clients.
• Ensures proper dispatch of cash for delivery to branches.
• Supervises assigned sorters in sorting of bills and counting of coins.
• Ensures that the bank complies with BSP requirements and cut-off time.
• Ensures availability of cash denomination for ATM/CRM cash loading
• Responsible for counter balancing of cash movement and physical cash in vault against vault balances in BDS.
• Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment.
• Monitor/observe the PESO/FXCY CIV limit.
• Responsible for the preparation of deposit & withdrawal of cash/coins to BSP in ICMS/CSA portals
• Responsible for sending the BSP gate pass.
• Prepares and emails to the insurer the Bank wide Summary of Excess CIV
• Approves override for the validation of Deposit Pick Up received by Cash Services Department
