Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an MIS Executive for a 100% onsite role at Eton Centris, Quezon City within a BPO environment. The successful candidate will handle MIS/Reporting duties, develop Excel-based dashboards, and monitor Contact Center/WFM metrics with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

The position requires 100% onsite work with shifting schedules. Start ASAP; salary includes up to a 20% hike from last drawn salary plus a ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years supporting Contact Center or WFM Operations
• Strong experience in Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation

• Strong experience in Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of Contact Center/WFM metricsis preferred
