Job summary

Wipro Philippines Inc. is seeking an MIS Executive L2 to join our Manila team. The role focuses on preparing timely MIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders, interfacing with management and clients to understand business information needs, and ensuring reports meet required frequencies with 100% accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years experience in MIS, strong data governance, and a drive to improve reporting processes, with a view to enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Prepare timely MIS reports and dashboards as required by stakeholders.
• Interact with management, internal stakeholders & clients to understand business information needs.
• Ensure reports are prepared as per stakeholder requirements and desired frequency (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Ensure 100% accuracy before populating any customized dashboard or report.

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up with stakeholders for timely data updation of parameters (key SLA metrics).
• Generate account level reports on forecasting, scheduling, and performance vs SLAs, CSAT, Quality, etc.
