Monitor the status of mining tenements, permits, clearances, and regulatory submissions.
Coordinate the preparation, filing, and follow-up of Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) applications and related documents.
Maintain a calendar and tracking system for application milestones, reporting deadlines, renewals, and compliance obligations.
Liaise with relevant government agencies, local government units, consultants, and internal departments regarding mining applications and compliance matters.
Follow up on the status of mining operations and prepare regular updates on permits, applications, operational progress, issues, and required actions.
Monitor dredging project activities, including schedules, progress, site coordination, and documentation, and report deviations or concerns to management.
Coordinate with technical personnel to check that mining and dredging activities follow approved work plans, permits, environmental requirements, and applicable safety procedures.
Conduct site visits and prepare inspection notes, progress reports, and supporting records.
Help identify compliance gaps, operational risks, delays, or documentation needs, and recommend follow-up actions.
Maintain organized records of permits, applications, correspondence, reports, site documents, and other project records.
Coordinate with technical, environmental, safety, legal, and community relations teams as needed.
