Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project billing and cost reports for mining operations.
• Validate equipment utilization, manpower deployment, and operational hours for billing purposes.
• Coordinate with the Equipment Operation Engineer, Dispatch, and Site Supervisors regarding daily operations and equipment allocation.
• Review and verify supporting documents such as DTR, equipment logs, production reports, and delivery receipts.
• Monitor project expenses and operational costs to ensure proper cost control.
• Assist in preparing monthly billing statements and cost summaries for management review.
• Ensure all billing records and reports are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to project billing and cost monitoring.
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance Department regarding billing and payment processing.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management.
