Responsibilities
- Six months Cadetship program (Operations, Engineering).
- Daily submission of project performances (Production, Drilling, Costing, Rentals).
- Preparing and consolidating data from other department for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed by Management.
- Monitoring and controlling project cost, identifying unproductive expenses and proposing corrective actions for a more efficient and effective operations.
- Monitoring drill consumables life worn-outfor case study of stocking and costing.
- Reviewing historical performances of quarry operations for budgeting.
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment and operator’s KPI’s.
- Monitoring fuel burn of equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or by the management
- Basic knowledge of mining operations and equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mining Engineer, Geology or related field (preferred).
- No experience required, but internships or on-the-job training are a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication for reporting and collaboration
