Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines is hiring a Program/Project Manager to lead the delivery, execution, quality control, and completion of strategic programs and projects in alignment with business goals. You will coordinate resources across ISDP programs, manage scope, time, cost and quality, and establish governance structures within One Globe Group.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to engage sponsors and stakeholders at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience working in a program and/or project management capacity.
• Exposure to different engineering, IT and security solutions and applications.

Responsibilities

• Determine and coordinate sharing of resources among constituent projects for overall ISDP programs and projects.
• Possess knowledge and skills to be effective in program and project management and to make decisions aligning with strategic objectives.
• Establish within the program a support and strategic structure to govern ISDP programs for One Globe Group.
• Oversee Globe-initiated programs covering scope, time, cost and quality.
• Oversee Project Managers and ensure delivery governance for One Globe Group Security Programs.
• Develop strategy, roadmap and ways of working for One Globe Globe Programs.
• Audit and enforce compliance to defined standards, templates and processes for programs and projects.
• Build credibility, communicate with sponsors and stakeholders at multiple levels to manage performance, risk, and issues.

Job Description

The role is responsible in the delivery, execution, quality control and completion of strategic Programs and Projects in alignment with the strategic business and organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of ISDP programs and projects for One Globe Group.
• Possess the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in the program, project, business and to make decisions that accomplish strategic objectives.
• Establish within the program a support and strategic structure that will aid and govern the management of the ISDP Programs for the One Globe Group.
• Overall Management of Globe initiated Programs covering Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality.
• Overall Management of Project Managers.
• Overall Delivery Governance for One Globe Group Security Programs.
• Strategy, Roadmap and Ways of Working Building for One Globe Globe Programs.
• Audit and enforce compliance to Team defined Standards, Templates and Processes to effectively handle Programs and Projects.
• Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with the sponsors and stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization (as needed), enabling management of program performance, risk, and issues.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working in a program and/or project management capacity
• Exposure to different engineering , IT and security solutions and applications.
