Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer for an onsite role in Cebu City to support an Australian healthcare technology business.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of commercial software development experience across frontend and backend, with Python/FastAPI and React/TypeScript, plus REST APIs and automated testing. You will collaborate with the Australian team via written communication and Azure DevOps, work from user stories, perform code reviews, and help improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with Python backend development using FastAPI or similar.
• Solid frontend development experience using React, with TypeScript preferred.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience writing automated tests as part of regular software delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Git version control.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Availability to work during Philippine business hours with overlap to Australian hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.
• Build and maintain backend services using FastAPI or similar Python framework.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Write and maintain automated tests as part of the SDLC.
• Collaborate with Australian development team through written communication and Azure DevOps workflows.
• Work independently from user stories and development tickets with minimal supervision.
• Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and CI/CD processes.
• Contribute to improving software quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to project documentation when required.
