Job summary

HRTX is seeking a mid-level Senior Developer to join a hybrid team in Mandaluyong. You will develop Python FastAPI backends and React front-end components, work with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, and integrate with external services. You’ll participate in Agile sprints and ensure quality through tests and documentation.

Expect to contribute to the full software life cycle, mentor juniors, and collaborate with product owners and QA to deliver robust features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Python and React development experience.
• Proficient in FastAPI, REST APIs, and React.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, and Agile.
• Strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build Python FastAPI backend services, REST APIs, and responsive React.js front-end components for asset and product platforms under Senior Developer guidance.

• Database Operations: Write PostgreSQL queries, support schema updates, and assist with data migrations.

• Third-Party Integrations: Integrate with external platforms (e.g., Zoomin) by consuming REST APIs, transforming data, and supporting publication workflows.

• Full SDLC & Support: Deliver end-to-end features, resolve full-stack issues, and elevate complex root causes with detailed technical analysis.

• Code Quality & Documentation: Maintain clean, reusable code, write comprehensive technical documentation (API notes, test cases, data flows), and perform code reviews.

• Agile Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, QA, and Analysts to deliver features using Agile practices and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
