Techilaservices in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Governance Consultant to architect, implement, and scale a comprehensive data governance framework. The role requires hands-on Microsoft Purview expertise to drive data cataloging, metadata management, and data discovery.

The candidate will bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, promote change management, and ensure regulatory compliance across business units.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging.
• Ability to map data flows and establish end-to-end data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise data governance framework from the ground up.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview for enterprise data governance, data cataloging, metadata management, and data discovery.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview Data Catalog, business glossary, classifications, data assets, and lineage.
• Map data flows from source to consumption, maintaining data catalogs and tracking metadata.
• Establish and maintain end-to-end data lineage using Microsoft Purview.
• Define data quality dimensions and establish enterprise-wide quality benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain business glossaries to ensure uniform data definitions across business units.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and implement data access/security controls.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to promote new data habits and cultural standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to bridge communication gaps.
