Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks an Engineer IV, IT Infosec in the Philippines to lead the data protection program using Microsoft Purview and align with regulatory standards.

You will define classification, labeling, and lifecycle policies while collaborating across Legal, HR, and IT teams. You will mentor the Data Protection team, drive governance improvements, and oversee security controls including DLP, encryption, and privacy auditing as part of a broader enterprise

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in data protection, information security, or compliance roles.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Purview or M365 Compliance solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and run the enterprise data protection program leveraging Purview.
• Lead data classification, labeling, governance and lifecycle controls.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR to align protections with regulations.
• Mentor the Data Protection team; set objectives and accountability.
• Oversee deployment of Purview features: DLP, encryption, data lifecycle.
