Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements and streamline processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, become SME, and leverage the Power Platform and .NET tools to deliver scalable CRM applications across our client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in CRM modules such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey.
• Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.
• Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications.
• Troubleshooting CRM applications.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with .Net development and SQL Server.

The work:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Your typical day will involve developing and implementing CRM solutions to enhance customer relationships and streamline business processes.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
