Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements. The role emphasizes CRM development, customization, and integration.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and stay current with CRM technologies. Onsite work at Manila offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Customer Insight Journey.
• Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.
• Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM applications.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with .NET Development and familiarity with SQL Server.
• Willing to report onsite at Manila offices (Alabang, BGC, Cubao and Mandaluyong).

Your typical day will involve developing and implementing CRM solutions to enhance customer relationships and streamline business processes.

Here’s what you’ll need:
