Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer in Taguig to lead end-to-end D365 CE enhancements, integrate with the Power Platform, and implement Copilot-driven experiences. The role focuses on scalable, secure, and compliant delivery within enterprise contexts.

You will work with onshore leads and architects, applying strong C#/.NET development, Dataverse proficiency, and Azure services to deliver high-quality solutions. This position is on site in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience in D365 (Plugins, Custom APIs).
• Deep experience with Dataverse and D365 extensibility patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Build and extend Dataverse entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom actions.
• Develop server-side logic using C# (.NET), Plugins, Custom APIs.
• Configure and extend D365 using Power Apps (Model driven apps).
• Support integrations across the Microsoft stack using Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs.
• Design and implement Copilot-driven experiences within D365 and Power Platform.

The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer will play a critical role in delivering enhancements and new capabilities on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform as part of Westpac’s TCO Programme. The role requires strong hands-on D365 CE development experience, deep integration with the Power Platform, and practical experience leveraging Copilot / Azure OpenAI / GenAI capabilities within enterprise solutions. This is a senior, delivery-focused role working closely with onshore leads, architects, and functional teams, with a strong emphasis on quality, scalability, security, and compliance in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customise, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Build and extend Dataverse entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom actions.
• Develop server-side logic using C# (.NET), Plugins, Custom APIs.
• Configure and extend D365 using Power Apps (Model driven apps).
• Support integrations across the Microsoft stack using Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs.
• Design and implement Copilot-driven experiences within D365 and Power Platform.

• Own build activities across sprint delivery, testing, and hypercare.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development and architectural standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across D365 and Power Platform.
• Contribute to documentation, deployment processes, and environment management.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills (Must-have)

• 5-10+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience in D365 (Plugins, Custom APIs).
• Deep experience with Dataverse and D365 extensibility patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.

Copilot / AI (Must-have)

• Hands-on experience integrating or extending Copilot capabilities in D365 or Power Platform.
• Practical experience with Azure OpenAI / GenAI services, including consumption via APIs.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and data handling in enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for D365 / Power Platform.
• Exposure to case management, workflow automation, or customer service solutions.
