Job summary

Modus Create is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design and deliver AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. You will build conversational agents, automate business processes, and create innovative low-code applications that boost enterprise productivity.

You will partner with stakeholders, iterate quickly, and ensure governance and security best practices while integrating with Microsoft 365, Graph, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.

• Experience designing AI-powered agents with Copilot Studio.

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to help design and deliver intelligent AI‑powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will build conversational AI agents, automate business processes, and create innovative solutions that enhance productivity across the enterprise. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, rapidly turning ideas into working solutions through an iterative, user‑centered development approach.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build business process automations using Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop low‑code applications with Microsoft Power Apps to support AI‑driven workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly AI and automation solutions.
• Rapidly prototype new solutions, gather user feedback, and iterate throughout the development lifecycle.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders and end users to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, and enterprise systems.
• Configure conversational experiences, topics, generative AI capabilities, and orchestration within Copilot Studio.
• Apply best practices for governance, security, scalability, and solution lifecycle management.
• Experience with Power Platform environments, solutions, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio with Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
• Experience building enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, or conversational AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft AI certifications.
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise digital transformation projects.
