Job summary

We’re looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business needs and UI/UX requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with the Regional IT Manager, SMEs, and Global IT developers to deliver high-quality apps, automations, and dashboards with strong data integration, offline capability, and secure identity management.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps.

• Build automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.

• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, views, business rules, and security roles.

• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for operational and management insights.

• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.

• Work with Azure and Entra ID-based authentication and authorization patterns.

• Support API integrations, custom connectors, and data exchange with external systems.

• Apply Power Platform ALM practices, including solution management, environment deployment, and release coordination.

• Troubleshoot functional, data, and performance issues across apps, flows, and reports.

• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in testing, reviews, and user support.

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Solid understanding of building business applications and workflow automation in a Microsoft 365 environment.

• Experience designing responsive, user-friendly apps for web and mobile users.

• Good knowledge of Dataverse data modeling, permissions, and business logic.

• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI with clear, actionable insights.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and integration with external APIs.

• Understanding of secure authentication, role-based access, and enterprise access controls.

• Experience with Power Platform solution deployment and basic ALM practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom connectors, Power Apps Component Framework, or Azure Functions.

• Experience with offline-capable app design or sync strategies.

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400.

• Experience supporting governance, documentation, and platform standards.
