Job summary
Open Doors International Asia, Inc. is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, translating business needs into secure, scalable apps within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You will collaborate with regional IT managers, SMEs, and global developers to deliver apps, automations, and dashboards with strong data integration, offline capability, and robust identity management,
Qualifications
- Experience building business apps on Microsoft 365 platform.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse data modeling and security.
- Ability translate business needs into UI/UX requirements.
- Experience with ALM practices and environment deployment.
- Proactive troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain canvas and model-driven apps with Power Apps.
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Design and manage Dataverse tables, views, and security roles.
- Build dashboards in Power BI for operational insights.
- Integrate with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Maintain secure authentication patterns with Azure/Entra ID.
- Support API integrations and custom connectors.
- Apply ALM practices and coordinate releases.
- Troubleshoot issues across apps, flows, reports.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum and assist testing.
